You do not want to pay an unreasonable amount to get your rights. I also believe my compensation should be fair in relation to the value of your matter.

You can choose between flexible compensation arrangements which we will discuss and tailor to your situation in a written agreement.  They include:

• Flat fees by project or work phase
• Variable compensation with floors and caps
• Contingency fees
• Hourly rates

A clear understanding of the costs is an essential part of a successful attorney-client relationship.  I will never accept you as a client without being convinced that our written agreement reflects your understanding of the expected costs.

In my own affairs I forego expensive fixed costs and unnecessary expenses.  No bank financing of my practice, so there is no billing pressure.

I will treat your money in the same way I treat my own.
