Matter:  Potential Power Plant Project Financing in Turkey

Responsibilities:  Research and advise Client on investment protection possibilities in project finance under US and UK Bilateral Investment Treaties, ICSID, OPIC and EXIM policies, and Turkish law; develop and review legal analysis with Turkish counsel; draft memos, presentations, model dispute resolution provisions
