In Forensic Consulting, I provide feedback and input on the content and style of your arguments and their presentation in an arbitration or other dispute, including as needed:

• Sharpening of arguments and coordination with a "decision narrative“
• Instruction on the techniques and dangers of cross examination
• Advice on the use of media
• Training in body language
• In English-language proceedings: Assistance of a native speaker

You can expect more from my consulting than a simple application of rules (e.g., of US jury trial techniques). Instead, it will be focused on and trimmed to your particular forum and dispute, drawing on the wide range of my own training and experience in arbitration and court proceedings in both Europe and the USA, and my experience as a trainer for both US and European attorneys.

Forensic Consulting can begin with the commencement of a dispute as well.  Employing in-house legal teams for the fact- and research-intensive portions of the case makes Forensic Consulting a cost-effective alternative to giving the entire case to outside counsel.
